GERMAN UNITY DAY AT IGS: A DAY FULL OF ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURE!

On Thursday morning, we held a special school assembly at the German School Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate the Day of German Unity. 🇩🇪✨ Our 4th and 5th graders kicked off the event with a powerful rendition of the German national anthem, a moving moment for many. Following that, our IB students gave an insightful presentation on the historical significance of this day, explaining why October 3rd is celebrated as a symbol of unity, freedom, and togetherness. 

One of the highlights was a beautiful performance by one of our dedicated interns, who sang the “Ode to Joy,” accompanied by violin and cello. 🎶 This moment truly brought the festive atmosphere to life, creating goosebumps for everyone in the school community. An unforgettable morning full of emotions and proud memories!
